As CEO he is responsible for overall company operations in India, UK, US & abroad
Prior to Sohum Solutions, he worked with multinational companies including Infosys Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, Symphony Services and has led multiple multimillion $ projects, programmes & portfolios for various domestic & overseas clients like, American Express Technologies, Hyperion, Qwest/USWest, Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Nissan, NSDL, CBI, IDBI Bank, etc
He has more than a decade of experience working with multi-culture and various geographies like Asia, Europe & North America
Someshwar is passionate about making difference around him and involved in many service & community projects before, today and intend to continue these trends in future

Mr. Eswara joined Sohum Solutions as its Hon. Chief Mentor, Member of Advisory Board.

As Hon Chief Mentor he is responsible for overall company’s growth, business development, and operational excellence.

Prior to Sohum Solutions, he worked with multinational companies having 3 decades of rich experience including Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd, HAL, HVF, BEML where he held General Manager (IT), Senior Manger Computer Services, PPC In Charge, Systems Analyst, Systems manager, etc.

He has also been member of Institution member of Computer Society of India, Membership No.10501. representing Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd. Secretary to the Hyderabad Chapter of Computer Society of India during 1981-82, Member of the Board of Studies and Faculty for Andhra Pradesh Productivity Council
External Faculty Member in J.N.T.U. Hyderabad for handling the subject MIS & ERP for the Post-Graduate Degree Courses MBA & M.Tech. (I.E.M.). Founder Chairman of the Pondicherry Chapter of CSI for the Year 1988-89.
He has extensive experience in introducing/implementing computer applications in the areas of Financial Accounting, HR , Inventory Control, PPC, Accounts. And presented and published several papers in the same area.
His Project Management experience include covering projects involving Oracle databases, Backbone Communication networks, preparing feasibility studies, HR Training

Mr. Rajeev Trikha joined Sohum Solutions as its President - Sohum UK

Operations. He is responsible for Sohum UK Operations and its overall growth,
business development, and operational excellence.

He has worked with a number of FTSE 100 companies and has rich
experience spanning over three decades. Unsurprisingly he has
implemented and managed systems in core technologies like ERP, BI,
Java EE, Groupware, Web services etc and is adept at unleashing their
business potential. His first-hand experience of the  transformational
dynamics of these technologies in multinational organisations is a big
asset.

Although he already had Electronics and Electrical Engineering  BSc
(Hons) from University College London and an MBA from Kingston
Business School, it is a testimony to his continuous search for
excellence that he acquired First class BSc (Hons) in Open Sciences

Mr. Rajeev is passionate about bringing operational excellence and
technological innovation within organization and social transformation

Nita joined Sohum Solutions as Head of Sohum EDUCATION & TRAINING Solutions

As Head she is responsible for managing overall education and training related operations, 
Prior to Sohum Solutions,sheworked with Delhi University as Associate Professor,
Nita has published a book on a post Gupta Gujarat dynasty, In the past and even now she continues to organize & conduct workshops for innovative teaching & training methodology in Social Sciences. 
She is has also been visiting faculty at Skyline Business School, On teacher selection panel of Amity International and Vishwa Bharti Schools, Delhi & Noida and intensely involved with mentoring & counseling youth. 
She has more than 26 years of experience in education and training area.

Life motto of Nita is, "If at the end of your life u don't have a fat bank balance, a huge mansion or a coffer full of jewels but have made a difference in one child's life, it would have been a life well-lived "

And thus she is committed to the mission vision of making this Earth a beautiful garden through human values, culture and leading through example.

She feels society and its inhabitants have immense but untapped potential. We only need to direct them in a particular direction to realize their worth to the fullest.
